Starting from scratch!

Welcome to my website, the main hub for Mindful with Tina! Thank you so much for being here and I'm so excited to bring you along on this journey of mine.

I started Mindful with Tina a year ago without any idea of the direction I would take. From studying to be an early childhood education teacher, to being a baker, to now a personal development life coach. My life has gone for a ride and I wouldn't change it for the world.

I believe that in our lifetime we go through experiences in order to learn and grow. We have the opportunity to make choices that lead us to new adventures, goals, doors ... we are in control of the path we take, the path we lead.

Every decision I've made, has lead me closer to the path I am on today.

Despite having to start from scratch, I moved to a whole new city and state, made brand new friends and acquaintances, lived on my own for the first time, enveloped myself in creating the best version of me, and loved evert minute of the sweat and tears that came with it. Stripping away this old version of myself I "believed" I needed to be and realized I was allowed to just "be".

🤯 MIND BLOWN. I can just be? No criteria I need to fill, no one I have to please?

I chose to start living for ME and for no one else. I learned to be a little more selfish. I learned to love the parts of me I never liked. I learned to get out of my comfort zone. I learned that things don't always go as planned and that's okay. I learned that I am stronger than I thought I was.

My goal now is to create a safe community for people (you) to come together, to realize that you are NOT alone in the things that you go through. No matter how tough life may feel sometimes, someone has experienced it in some way.
