Does it feel like life has gotten busier or is it just me?
I think we are all experiencing a bit of overload in all aspects of our lives. With the internet, social media, and the news, we have access to so much information that is constantly filling our brains.
A few aspects attribute to our lives being busier:
1. Increased responsibility as we become adults, have families, and jobs.
2. Time perception changes as we get older.
3. Technology & information overload.
4. Multi-tasking gives the impression of a hectic lifetstlye.
5. FOMO (fear of missing out) can make us feel like we need to be constantly active to keep up with others.
6. The "Always-On" mentality makes it difficult for us to disconnect and relax.
This is why it's so important to take a step back and evaluate our lives and find different avenues to better prepare ourselves for these scenarios.
